JW Construction signs deeds transferring ownership of Bliska Wola
J W Construction decided to start signing notarial deeds transferring ownership of apartments, offices, and commercial units in the Bliska Wola complex in Warsaw, despite long legal disputes.
Although construction finished nearly four years ago, about 1500 residents could not formalize ownership due to issues with units classified as aparthotel spaces. City authorities refused to separate 157 such units, treating them as part of one hotel. The developer filed a lawsuit and estimates losses at PLN 2.5 mln per year.
Instead of waiting for court rulings, the company worked with legal offices to enable ownership transfers now. However, unresolved cases remain, and solutions are still being sought for affected buyers.
