KI Chemistry announces tender offer for sale of 48.86% of Ciech shares
KI Chemistry has announced a tender offer to sell 25,747,857 shares in Ciech, representing 48.86% of the share capital, for PLN 48 per share, KI Chemistry said.
The company intends to delist Ciech shares from the stock market.
KI Chemistry is a company from the Kulczyk Investments group, which owns more than 51% of Ciech shares.
