Global retail bank, payment service provider, and shopping app, Klarna, has announced the simultaneous launch of a new feature in 18 markets, including Poland, in its shopping application. From now on, its users will be able to store digital versions of all their loyalty cards in one place and manage them from their mobile devices. The feature supports over 8,000 loyalty programs worldwide, covering a wide range of products: from clothing and beauty to technology and groceries. Users can earn valuable points in the Klarna app at many of their favorite stores, regardless of their profile.

The release of the new feature in the Klarna app follows the completion of Klarna's acquisition last year of Stocard, a leading provider of mobile wallet services for loyalty cards. Integration of its products with fintech's offer helped create a comprehensive solution that provides users with convenience and additional benefits while shopping.

Loyalty programs are prevalent among Poles. According to an ARC survey in 2021. 65 percent of them were members of at least one. According to Klarna's analysis, as many as 26 percent of Polish consumers have avoided joining a loyalty program in the past because it meant carrying another card in their wallet.
