Kraków remaining regional flexible office space leader – CBRE
Kraków is the largest and the fastest-growing regional flexible office space market in Poland, according to the latest report by CBRE. The flex sector in the city will continue to see a double-digit growth in the coming years, the study said. At the moment, the volume of existing flexible office space in Kraków stands at 23,400 sqm, which translates into approximately 3,900 workstations. CBRE analysts estimate that the volume will grow by a further 14,500 sqm within the next 15 months.
