The youngest of the three Ciechocinek graduation towers (built1859) will be renovated. The contractor secured the area and began the demolition of damaged parts of the structure and dismantling of blackthorn.

The investor is the Ciechocinek Health Resort, established in 2012 by the voivodship local government, which administers the graduation tower complex on behalf of the voivodship. As a result of the tender, investment contractors were selected – it is a consortium of Płock companies.

“These graduation towers are unique technical monuments. Revitalization will allow better visibility of historical architectural elements. The task that we are currently starting is very expensive. We are working on a financial mechanism that will allow us to provide funds for ongoing repair work in the future,” Marshal Piotr Całbecki said.

Completion of all works is planned for the end of 2021. The value of the entire investment is PLN 21.6 million. The implementation of the task is possible thanks to PLN 15 million co-financing from the funds of the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
