Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer LC Corp is going through a rebranding process. The company will soon change its name to Develia and will adopt a new logo. The changes are meant to reflect the opening of a new chapter in the history of LC Corp, which has become one of the biggest developers in Poland in recent years and has had a new ownership structure since 2017 when companies controlled by billionaire Leszek Czarnecki offloaded their over 51-percent stake. LC Corp is present in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Gdańsk and Łódź. The company is currently selling apartments in 12 housing projects with its portfolio also comprising more than 200,000 sqm of commercial space.
