LemonTree begins construction near Kraków airport
LemonTree has begun construction of Stream Kraków by LemonTree, a warehouse and service complex offering nearly 30,000 square meters near Kraków-Balice Airport and the A4 motorway. Goldbeck is the general contractor, and completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027. Developed with Grupa 5 Architekci, the project combines warehouse and office functions, including glazed office modules and facades featuring regularly spaced steel panels. The site lies within the Kraków Special Economic Zone, approximately six kilometers from the airport and 15 kilometers from central Kraków.
The development will incorporate heat pumps, intelligent lighting controls, heat recovery ventilation and infrastructure prepared for photovoltaic installations. Plans also include lower emission construction materials, electric mobility infrastructure, bicycle facilities and landscaped grounds with trees, shrubs and flower meadows. LemonTree is positioning the project for logistics, e-commerce, technology and business service occupiers seeking transport connections.
