Liberty tower demand surges
At 54 Grzybowska Street in Warsaw, construction has begun on Liberty Tower by Cavatina, with 60 top-floor apartments sold even before the sales office opened in February.
The 43-story, 140-meter tower—developed by Resi Capital—will offer 587 units, ranging from compact apartments to 100+ sqm penthouses. Positioned as the first premium residential high-rise in central Warsaw since Cosmopolitan Warsaw and Złota 44, the project reflects strong demand for high-end city living and investment assets.
Buyers include investors and part-time residents seeking alternatives to hotels, with amenities such as spa facilities, a cinema, and business lounge supporting this trend.
Located between Wola and Śródmieście, near landmarks like Saxon Garden and POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, the tower will also feature 267 parking spaces and concierge services.
