Among the largest Polish cities, Lublin and the Tri-City are the most attractive for investments in business services centers, according to the Business Environment Assessment Study conducted by Antal, Cushman&Wakefield and Vastint. The study analyzed, among others, the office market, the labor market, educational potential, infrastructure, public administration support, living conditions and competition.
The Tri-City and Lublin (with 7.4 points each) received the highest score. The two business center hubs were followed by Warsaw with 7.1 points, Wrocław and Kraków with 7.0 points, Poznań 6.9 points, Łódź 6.8 points and Szczecin 6.2 points.
