LUX MED center opens at Kraków’s O3 Business Campus
LUX MED has recently opened its medical center at the O3 Business Campus office complex in Kraków. The tenant occupies 2,200 sqm of space there. Located on the city’s ul. Opolska and completed by developer Echo Investment, O3 Business Campus consists of three buildings offering a total of 57,000 sqm of GLA. Two of the buildings are owned by EPP with the investor now also being in the process of acquiring the third building from Echo Investment.
