Magdalena Kowalewska appointed CEO of LCP Properties Poland, Krystian Modrzejewski as Director of Expansion at LCP Group
M Core, one of the largest private investment funds operating in the commercial real estate market, has appointed Magdalena Kowalewska as Chief Operating Officer of LCP Properties Poland.
With over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Magdalena has joined the LCP Properties Poland team to manage the investment portfolio of retail parks and modern SBU-type warehouse spaces, as well as oversee the development activities carried out by the group. Her duties will also include managing and developing the M PARK, M EMKA, and M Multipark brands in the Polish market.
At the same time, Krystian Modrzejewski has been appointed Director of Expansion at LCP Group and will be responsible for implementing the company's strategy by acquiring land and projects aimed at dynamically increasing the value of LCP's real estate portfolio in Poland.
The company's portfolio includes 90 retail and warehouse properties totaling 400,000 square meters. The estimated value of the portfolio was €500 million at the beginning of 2023.
