BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has appointed Małgorzata Fibakiewicz as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer.

Fibakiewicz has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. She brings extensive managerial expertise, in-depth market knowledge and a strong track record in complex advisory and transactional projects. She began her career in office leasing and later expanded her experience across transaction advisory, market analysis, consulting, research and strategic advisory, managing interdisciplinary teams and working across business lines.

Her broad experience, collaborative leadership style and strong client focus have played an important role in strengthening the company’s market position and supporting its long-term development.

“Poland is a strategic market for BNP Paribas Real Estate, and I am confident that under Małgorzata’s leadership we will further strengthen our position and accelerate our development in the country,” said Jean-Maxime Jouis, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Fibakiewicz succeeds Erik Drukker, whom the company thanks for his significant contribution over the past 13 years, including seven years leading the Polish business.

Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, she held managerial roles at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Kredyt Bank. She is a graduate of the University of Łódź and completed postgraduate studies at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
