Mercator Medical said it is currently negotiating or analyzing real estate projects that would fully utilize its planned PLN 150 million investment budget for 2026. CEO Monika Żyznowska said the company expects to launch sales this year for a residential project near Kraków’s Błonia park, developed with Core Group, with first revenues likely appearing in 2027. Another Kraków project on Lubicz Street is scheduled to launch next year.
The company is also considering different capital allocation options, including dividends or a share buyback program. In 2025, Mercator Medical increased revenue by nearly 6% y/y to PLN 574 million, while net profit fell to PLN 29.3 million. Alongside its medical glove business, the group is expanding its real estate arm, Mercator Estates, focusing on residential, service, and logistics developments in Kraków and Zakopane.
