From 18 May, restaurants can serve guests again. However, the reality of the gastronomy market is not very good. MojStolik.pl data shows that when comparing February this year to June – the average decrease in occupancy of the premises reaches as much as 50 percent. Considering that February has never been the strongest month in the industry, and in June restaurants usually experienced a siege, this result is even more worrying. In addition, the survey conducted by ARC Rynek i Opinia in June this year shows that as many as 81 percent of Poles give up or severely limit their visits to gastronomic establishments.
