Michael Page will join the tenants of the Global Office Park complex under construction in Katowice – the first large-scale mixed-use project in Silesia. The investment, owned by Cavatina Holding, is to be commissioned in mid-2022. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the consulting company Colliers.

Michael Page, an international HR consulting and specialist recruitment company will occupy 467 sqm of space on the 13th floor of Global Office Park Tower A1 – one of the three towers of a multifunctional project implemented in the very center of Katowice.

"Due to the dynamic development, we decided to change the seat of our office in Katowice. We wanted, above all, a well-connected location, to which our employees will be able to easily commute by car, public transport, as well as more green means of transport. We were looking for a modern, high-class building that would comprehensively meet the future needs of our team. Thanks to our cooperation with Colliers, we have managed to find a place that meets our expectations and is also conducive to further development," Marcin Fleszar, director at Michael Page, said.
