MIPIM, the world’s largest international real estate event, has revealed 12 winners of the MIPIM Awards, a globally-renowned real estate competition for completed or yet-to-be-built projects around the world.

In addition to the usual criteria, this year, the jury focused on how projects seek to enhance the built environment’s prospects in line with ESG goals. The six key criteria are sustainability, integration of the project in its environment and community, quality of the user experience, economic contribution, originality of the concept, and architectural qualities.

BEST HOSPITALITY, TOURISM, AND LEISURE PROJECT - Lanserhof Sylt, Sylt, Germany

BEST INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS PROJECT - New manufacture de haute horlogerie Audemars Piguet, Le Locle, Switzerland

BEST MIXED-USE PROJECT - Morland Mixité Capitale, Paris, France

BEST OFFICE & BUSINESS PROJECT - Quay Quarter Tower, Sydney, Australia

BEST REFURBISHED BUILDING - Metal 57, Boulogne-Billancourt, France 

BEST RESIDENTIAL PROJECT - Sluishuis, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

BEST URBAN REGENERATION PROJECT - Atelier Gardens, Berlin, Germany

BEST NEW DEVELOPMENT - Roots in the Sky, London, United Kingdom

BEST NEW MEGA DEVELOPMENT - La Baie des Rois, Libreville, Gabon
