MNK Partners has expanded the portfolio thanks to NC3 building in Warsaw
MNK Partners, a French independent asset management company specializing in pan-European investment in real estate with high-value potential, announces the continuation of its investment activities in Europe and announces the acquisition from the ECI Group, on behalf of its pan-European professional income fund MNK ONE, the NC3 office building.
NC3 is a modern office building, put into use in 2015. It is located in Warsaw, at Postępu 14B, in the heart of the office Mokotów district. NC3 has seven above-ground stories with a total leasable area of 6,500 m2 and a two-story underground garage with over 200 parking spaces.
“NC3 is the second investment of the MNK One fund in Poland. The functionality of this facility and a large number of parking spaces make it attractive and meet the needs of demanding tenants. We are pleased that this high-quality building has become part of our portfolio,” Małgorzata Cieślak-Belgy, investment director of MNK Partners, said.
The NC3 office building is located in the heart of the Mokotów business district. Its unquestionable advantage is also the proximity of the F. Chopin airport (5 minutes) and the S2 expressway. The property offers a wide range of services and amenities in the nearby New City complex and Galeria Mokotów.
