MNK Partners, a French independent asset management firm specializing in pan-European high-value real estate investments, announces the acquisition of another property in Poland on behalf of its fund Polska FPS by MNK. This is the first time the transaction involves a property outside the Warsaw metropolitan area. A retail park in Dobre Miasto, Warmian-Masurian province, has been added to MNK Partners' portfolio.

The retail park in Dobre Miasto is located on provincial road DW 593, in a central location between Fabryczna and Zwycięstwa streets. The total floor area is 2,200 sqm. It is worth noting that it is 100 percent leased on long leases. The tenants are well-known retail chains, including KIK, Rossman, Pepco, and Martes Sport. Parking for more than 50 vehicles is also available at the development.

"Retail parks are facilities that represent an attractive class of real estate. They are resilient to market turbulence, especially when representing retail and service centers in smaller, regional cities. Their importance is steadily growing on the map of commercial real estate. We are pleased that the retail park facility in Dobre Miasto has become part of our portfolio," Małgorzata Cieślak-Belgy, investment director of MNK Partners, said.
