MNK Partners summarizes first year of operations in Poland

Last year, the MNK Partners announced the start of operations in Poland. The purpose of the French company was to open up to the real estate market in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
The first investment and the debut that MNK Partners decided to make in our country was a Class a office building in Warsaw, which was commissioned in 2016 and fully rented to the Polish headquarters of Poland.
While 2021 was mainly marked by the search for potential investment goals and contract negotiations, the beginning of 2022 resulted in two transactions. At the turn of the year, MNK Partners announced the purchase of the Point.44 building in Piaseczno near Warsaw, and two months later the purchase of the NC3 office in the heart of Mokotów.
"We are currently focusing our attention on office buildings, trade parks and logistics, but as our transactions in other countries show, such as the acquisition of a university building in Budapest or a hotel in Lisbon, every opportunity with good market foundations, Which can actually increase the value and profit of our funds is carefully analyzed and evaluated," Małgorzata Cieślak-Belgy, Investment Director at the MNK Partners explained.
