Poles are more and more willing to buy houses and apartments abroad. We are getting rich as a society and the luxury of owning real estate in the other corner of sunny Europe is a natural consequence of this. An additional factor that encourages us to decide to buy real estate abroad is the flexibility of the form of employment. We work remotely and the place of residence ceases to matter.

This is shown in the latest KPMG report, which shows that the number of affluent Poles, whose earnings exceeded PLN 20,000 gross monthly increased up to over 265,000, while people belonging to the rich group, earning over PLN 50,000 per month is 69,000. Invariably, the highest percentage of high-earning Poles lives in Mazovia – 452,800 people.
