Developer Ghelamco has joined the prestigious WiredScore Portfolio program, which brings together companies with state-of-the-art smart technology and digital connectivity solutions in their buildings. The developer also announced certification in the SmartScore and WiredScore systems for more projects in Warsaw.

Ghelamco’s latest project, currently in the SmartScore and WiredScore certification process, is the VIBE office complex under construction in Warsaw’s Wola district. “Technology, as well as state-of-the-art digital connectivity to support low-carbon buildings, is now a priority and a key consideration for tenants. We are the first in this part of Europe to boast SmartScore and WiredScore certifications,”  says Jarosław Zagórski, Managing Director, Ghelamco Poland.

The WiredScore Portfolio includes companies that have committed to providing superior technology and digital solutions for at least 70% of the properties in their portfolios.  WiredScore certification was founded in 2013 in New York City out of the need for office tenants.

The SmartScore certification system is a new standard for evaluating office buildings to verify how smart modern buildings are and how they compare with other facilities. It was developed by US-based WiredScore in cooperation with global real estate leaders. In 2022, WiredScore certification together with the new SmartScore certification came to Poland.
