Multi managing 3 Stawy mall in Katowice
Multi Poland has been appointed as the manager of the 3 Stawy shopping center in Katowice. The company is responsible for asset and facility management, as well as for leasing and marketing processes.
The 3 Stawy mall comprises approximately 40,000 sqm of space and houses around 90 stores and points of service. It is owned by Union Investment. Multi currently manages five retail facilities in Poland, including Forum Gdańsk in Gdańsk and Magnolia in Wrocław.
