The Murapol Group has signed a preliminary agreement regarding the purchase of a 3.4-ha property located in the Gdańsk district of Orunia Górna. On the contracted land in the northern Polish city, the developer plans a housing estate, comprising six buildings with 370 flats and service space.

In addition to the housing project planned in the contracted area, Murapol is also preparing another investment in Gdańsk, in the same part of the city, under which it plans to build nine multi-family buildings with approximately 300 apartments.
