Neo-Świat brand is back and acquires new projects

Neo-Świat brand has returned to the market and will be operated by managers, who previously worked in the office, hotel, and retail fitting-out company Tétris. In the last two weeks alone, Neo-Świat has acquired over 10 new projects.
Since the beginning of February, Neo-Świat has been running several projects in large office spaces, including the Platinium Business Park, Cosmopolitan Tower, and Warsaw HUB, as well as hotel projects. Neo-Świat team is led by Rajmund Węgrzynek and Paweł Brodzik, managers with over 20 years of experience in the fit-out market.
“We are back, we are active and we are acquiring new projects. Our most important specialization is the execution of office space,” Brodzik said. He added that the company also has know-how in the residential and HoReCa sectors, and, apart from Warsaw, it hopes to start residential projects in the south of Poland and abroad.
Neo-Świat previously operated in the market from 2000-2015 until its part was taken over by the international company Tétris belonging to the JLL group.
