The CitySpace operator has just opened a new flexible office in the Face2Face Business Campus complex. The multifunctional space is almost 2,400 sqm of space and 400 workstations. Based on the great interest in the new location, it can be seen that the demand for offices in Katowice is still high.
The new CitySpace office at Face2Face Business Campus is located on the fourth and fifth floors. It includes private offices, meeting rooms, a space with hot-boards, kitchens, and a relaxation area.
“The office was established according to our permanent rules. They consist of creating internally diversified projects that combine as many functions as possible. Thanks to its multi-functionality, the office responds to the needs of a diverse group of entrepreneurs, from freelancers, through young start-ups, to large corporations,” Lisa Zettlin, Head of Business Development at CitySpace, said.
The operator provides additional amenities such as cleaning service, reception, IT support and office manager care. This is the concept of serviced offices, i.e. the most maintenance-free ones. In addition, it is possible to set up a virtual office with correspondence service as standard and access to offices and conference rooms on request.
Multifunctionality and flexibility open the list of the greatest advantages of the new office. Its very important advantage is also the interior, designed by Medusa Group. The studio implements projects related to architecture, urban planning, graphics, and design. The studio's projects have won numerous awards in architectural competitions and exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Medusa Group is the author of interior design in several other CitySpace offices.
