New flexible offices in Kraków
Yellow spiral stairs, wooden floors and industrial lighting … CitySpace has opened a flexible office space in Kraków, which attracts with its non-standard design. The new office in the O3 Business Campus combines the advantages of a serviced office and a coworking space. There are, among others, offices, relaxation rooms and telephone booths.
The changing needs of companies, which have recently resulted in a large increase in the popularity of flexible spaces, prompted the operator to launch a new space in the next building of the complex. It is a total of 500 workplaces on 4,000 sqm of serviced office space.
CitySpace offices are fully serviced. This means that the operator is responsible for the reception desk, office equipment and furniture, cleaning service, IT support, kitchen equipment and supplies and the tasks of the office manager.
“The space is fully equipped. Thanks to this, companies using it can focus on their own business. This is our standard, which we implement in all Polish cities,” emphasizes Magdalena Śnieżek, the regional manager of CitySpace in southern Poland.
