New real estate services firm debuts in Polish market
Corees Polska – Commercial Real Estate, a new Polish real estate services firm, has recently started operations. The company was founded by Marek Ciunowicz who has 26 years of experience gained in the commercial property market and has so far brokered lease agreements for a total of more than 800,000 sqm of office space. Corees Polska – Commercial Real Estate offers a whole range of office, warehouse and retail space leasing solutions, as well as investment advisory services. It is based in Warsaw and has a regional office in Kraków with its expansion strategy for the coming year envisioning opening offices in other key regional cities across Poland.
