New SBU scheme gets under construction in Gdańsk
Investor Flex Gdańsk BCL has launched construction work on its Bałtyckie Centrum Logistyczne (BCL) project on Port Island in Gdańsk with builder Dekpol acting as the general contractor of the scheme. The development will consist of two SBU (Small Business Unit) buildings comprising a total of almost 15,000 sqm of usable space. The BCL investment will offer modules which can accommodate small warehouses, light production facilities and offices.
