The Fuzja complex in Łódź is expanding its commercial offer with five new tenants scheduled to open in April and May along Tymienieckiego Street. The additions include a restaurant, wine bar, flower shop, beauty salon, and café.

Zaparowane Koszyki will take a 130-sq-m unit, building on a concept previously operating in Łódź that focuses on Asian cuisine, particularly dumplings and street food. Mucha w Kieliszku will occupy 115 sq m, combining a wine shop and wine bar offering wines by the glass alongside spirits and delicatessen products.

Kwiaty pod Bocianem flower shop and Beauty Flash beauty salon will share a 60-sq-m space, while Fuzja Café will operate in a 75-sq-m unit serving beverages and snacks.

Fuzja, developed by Echo Investment, is a mixed-use project on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory in central Łódź. The 8-hectare development will feature 22 buildings, including 15 historic structures, with residential units by Archicom and design by Medusa Group.
