Noerr to move into Warsaw’s Nowogrodzka Square

Noerr Biedecki, the Polish branch of the international law firm Noerr LPP, has leased 1,100 sqm in the Nowogrodzka Square office building in downtown Warsaw. Cresa represented the tenant, which will move into the property in October, in the lease negotiations. Nowogrodzka Square was completed last year by developer Yareal. The building comprises 11,500 sqm of office space and features a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance at the “Excellent” level.
