Norwegian Norlandia Health & Care Group (NHC) planning new openings
Norlandia has built a network of 55 nurseries and preschools in Poland since entering the market in 2017. The Scandinavian operator plans further selective expansion through new openings, acquisitions, and cooperation with property owners and developers. It is considering locations in residential developments, office buildings, and mixed-use complexes, particularly in major cities and rapidly growing districts. Norlandia emphasizes accessibility, natural light, outdoor space, safety, and compliance with childcare regulations.
Despite Poland’s declining birth rate, the company expects continued demand for high-quality education and care. It is also analyzing entry into the senior-care market, which it sees as a potential growth area over the next five to 10 years.
