International consulting company CBRE took over the function of the manager of a part of the Centaurus complex, located in the very center of Olsztyn. It is a unique property on the scale of the entire Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, which includes commercial and service premises, offices, a residential and hotel part.

The Centaurus building complex is one of the strengths of the Olsztyn real estate market. It is located in the city center, at the intersection of al. Piłsudskiego and ul. Głowackiego, close to the old town, park and commercial district of the city. The facility includes: A class office building, residential part, hotel and commercial and service premises. The investment is carried out by INOPA.

"The main tenant in the property will be Citibank Europe, one of the largest Citi shared services centers in the world. Due to the standard of the building and tenants, we decided to entrust the property to CBRE," Nick Rajszys, Asset Manager at INOPA, said.

"Centaurus is an investment that enjoys great interest in the Olsztyn market. The uniqueness of this complex is due to the variety of commercial functions it combines. We are glad that we can be part of a project that will undoubtedly become the most recognizable facility in Olsztyn, a meeting place for residents and visitors," Sebastian Biedrzycki, head of the office and logistics real estate management department, CBRE, added.
