Open Pension Funds lost an average of 4.2 percent in August as it was the weakest month in the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) this year, Online Analysis said. The best performers were MetLife and Allianz Polska, which losses did not exceed 4 percent. Similarly to July, PKO BP Bankowy generated the weakest result, declining by 4.9%.
The value of assets accumulated in Open Pension Funds at the end of August amounted to PLN 152.5 billion, i.e. by 4.5 percent less than a month earlier.
