Osiedle nad Widawą starts as new project by ROBYG WPB

As many as 139 new apartments will be built in the north of Wrocław. The developer is building another 222 in Jagnienia, where the expansion of its largest investment in the city is underway. More atrial houses will also be built there. ROBYG is also actively looking for land for further investments, which will enable further expansion in the Wrocław market.
The new ROBYG WPB project in Wrocław is an intimate, low-rise estate. In Osiedle nad Widawą, 3 multi-family buildings with three floors will be built: a total of 139 apartments in layouts from 1-4 rooms, from 29-76 sqm. The flats will have balconies or gardens. The estate will include an underground garage, storage rooms, bicycle rooms, and a playground. The developer also provides a package of ecological solutions, as in other Wrocław investments: photovoltaic panels on roofs, chargers for electric cars, and a modern Smart House system in apartments, which allows reducing electricity consumption and lower utility bills.
"In this way, we emphasize that care for the environment, as well as for the comfort and savings of future residents, are important to us. We want to set new standards in the housing market," Joanna Chojecka, ROBYG Sales and Marketing Director, explained.
The developer's latest residential investment will be built in Psie Pole, in the vicinity of the Widawa river basin, to which the name of the estate refers. The location in the north of Wrocław is not accidental.
"This is our next investment in this part of the city. We are also building the third stage of Uroczysko in Sołtysowice. Undoubtedly, the advantage of this location is the quiet neighborhood and peaceful atmosphere, and the proximity of green areas, which is conducive to rest and recreation," Joanna Chojecka added.
