Real estate investment management firm Oxenwood has acquired a newly developed logistics facility located in Radzymin near Warsaw from a joint venture between Panattoni Europe and Bluehouse Capital. The value of the transaction, which marks the buyer’s entry into the Polish warehouse property market, amounts to €13.5 million.
