Panattoni has started construction of a factory for Danfoss Poland in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, the developer said. The investment of an area of 12,950 sqm, will offer employment to approximately 400 employees. The plant will manufacture components of technological solutions for refrigeration and air conditioning.

"The investment schedule provides for the construction of a production hall and an office building that will ultimately be the headquarters of Danfoss Poland in about four months. This is an extremely tight scenario, especially since Panattoni's tasks also include adapting the existing infrastructure on the plot to the requirements of the advanced Danfoss Poland factory," Marek Foryński, BTS Managing Director, said.

Completion of the entire facility is scheduled for November 2021. It will manufacture refrigeration and air conditioning technology components for the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) business division, also reported.

Danfoss Poland is a branch of the Danish producer of energy-saving components and technological solutions, including for refrigeration and air conditioning, heating, the drive industry and mobile machines.
