Panattoni Europe, the biggest industrial space developer in Poland, has entered the Dutch market. The company has opened its Amsterdam office, which is headed by managing director Jeroen Gerritsen. The Netherlands is the second-largest (over 31 million sqm of existing warehouse and industrial space) logistics property market in Europe. “We understand that the Dutch market is mature. Still, I am convinced that we will find our niche in it. For instance, we can focus on brownfield projects, developed on post-industrial or industrial sites,” said Robert Dobrzycki, the CEO Europe at Panattoni Europe. Apart from Poland, the developer is also present in Germany, the UK, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
