Panattoni to build 44,000-sqm Linde factory
Developer Panattoni Europe will build a nearly 44,000-sqm built-to-suit industrial project for intralogistics solutions provider Linde. The scheme, where the client will be manufacturing forklifts, will be sitting on 18 hectares of land located in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin, close to the German border, and is expected to get under construction later this year. The development is valued at over €60 million. The planned factory is scheduled to become operational at the beginning of 2021.
