PepsiCo is looking for a new owner for the land and buildings at 24/26 Zamoyskiego Street in Warsaw. In the process of selling the plot of land with a total area of 5,388 sq m, the current owner is supported by Colliers International, a leading advisor on the commercial real estate market. The deadline for submitting offers is February 12, 2021.
in perpetual usufruct by Frito Lay Poland Sp. z o.o., the plot is located in the Praga Południe district, in the Kamionek housing estate – one of the most accessible, most intensively revitalized, post-industrial parts of Warsaw. The area currently features class B office buildings dating from the second half of the 20th century. The spatial development plan allows for the land to be used for residential and service activities. The estimated area absorption is 14,000 sqm GLA.
“The plot at 24/26 Zamoyskiego Street is now a real gem in the Warsaw investment land market. Its key advantages are the location – one of the most attractive points in the capital city – and the investment potential, which can be said of only a few plots in this area, perhaps even of the entire city. The proximity of the city center, the SWPS University, the Warszawa Wschodnia (East) railway station or the Galeria Wileńska, combined with the immediate vicinity of the Skaryszewski park, make the land suitable for office, hotel, and academic projects, as well as apartments for rent (PRS). All this means that this area has been attracting a lot of interest from investors for years, and there will certainly be many funds or companies willing to buy it," Emil Domeracki, director of Investment Land Services at Colliers International, said.
