Poland recorded one of Europe’s strongest increases in real-estate investment during the first half of 2026. Preliminary Savills data show that Polish transaction volume rose approximately 95% year on year, almost matching Finland’s 94% increase and comfortably exceeding the growth recorded in Sweden and Spain.

Across Europe, investment reached approximately EUR 53 billion in the second quarter, 6% more than a year earlier. First-half volume surpassed EUR 100 billion. Residential assets—including apartments, student housing, care homes and senior living—accounted for nearly 30% of European activity. Investors continue to favor high-quality properties offering stable rental income, while financing remains available for the strongest assets. Savills expects prime yields to remain broadly stable through the end of 2026.
