Panattoni has completed leasing for two stages of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV, with 4M Pro&Invest taking nearly 4,100 sq m of warehouse space, confirming sustained demand for modern logistics in Greater Poland.

The e-commerce firm—focused on tires, rims and car accessories—will consolidate operations at the site and launch its online store, felgaopona.pl. CEO Mikołaj Andrzejewski said the location, 10-meter storage height and fire-compliant infrastructure were key factors.

Operations are set to begin in Q2, following fit-out works including shelving, modular trolley aisles, sprinklers and charging stations. The tenant will also use 190 sq m of office space.

Located near the Poznań Zachód junction, the BREEAM Excellent-certified park will total 49,000 sq m across three halls. Panattoni has already delivered nearly 2 million sq m in the region.
