One of the most recognizable office buildings on the real estate market in Poznań is managed by the MVGM team, a leading company specializing in property management. It is the fourth facility from the portfolio of the Sharow Capital fund, after the Opera Office in Gdańsk, Forum 76 in Łódź, and the Diamentum Office in Wrocław, which have entered the MVGM portfolio.
Okrąglak and Kwadraciak (the names come from the Polish words meaning circle and square, respectively) are very characteristic buildings located in the very center of Poznań. Okrąglak was built in 1955, and in 2012 it underwent a thorough modernization, thanks to which it currently offers 7,000 sqm of modern leasable space, of which 800 sqm is a commercial zone. Next to it – located in the immediate vicinity – there is Kwadraciak, an A-class building, which provides 950 sqm of space, of which 850 sqm is intended for offices, and 100 sqm for trade.
“We are very pleased that Sharow Capital has once again trusted us, entrusting the management of one of the most important facilities on the Poznań office market. Thanks to close cooperation with the fund, we will plan strategic activities in the management of these buildings, strengthen relations with existing tenants and ensure optimization of operational activities in office buildings. We will also improve the offer addressed to tenants representing various industries,” Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, Key Account Director, MVGM, said.
