Prologis with huge lease deal near Warsaw
Developer Prologis and Euro-net, the owner of consumer electronics and home appliances retailer RTV Euro AGD, have signed lease agreements for a total of 160,000 sqm of space in the Prologis Park Janki logistics park near Warsaw. The transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. Prologis will construct two new build-to-suit buildings in the complex, which will comprise a combined almost 125,000 sqm. Additionally, Euro-net has renewed a current lease agreement for space in the park. Prologis Park Janki is located 15 kilometers from the center of Warsaw and 14 kilometers from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
