Every year, hundreds of thousands of transactions are concluded on the Polish real estate market – both for the purchase and sale of apartments or plots of land, and for lease contracts. Real estate brokers are increasingly involved in this process. The times when sellers and buyers did not want to use professional assistance for fear that an intermediary was only an unnecessary cost, are a thing of the past. 56 percent of Poles who have used the services of intermediaries assess them as good, and almost 60 percent of them would like to start such cooperation again – according to the Otodom survey, which also awards the best real estate agencies with the title of Real Estate Leader every year.

"Just a few years ago, the presence of an intermediary in real estate transactions was associated with many clients with unnecessary costs, which – as you know – everyone would prefer to avoid. Fortunately, this is changing, because there is an increasing group of people who have already used these services, experiencing tangible benefits," Kamil Janas, CEO of Big City Broker, one of the winners of the Otodom" Real Estate Leader "competition, winner in the Lublin Province, said.

The main benefit of working with a professional real estate broker is transaction security. The broker will make sure that the client does not sign anything that could be unfavorable for him, he will check the land and mortgage registers or analyze the contract in formal and legal terms.
