Real estate industry lacks suitable job candidates. AI supports but does not replace
Recruitment is set to remain strong in Poland’s construction and real estate sector, especially in residential and PRS. According to Hays Poland, 84% of companies plan to hire over the next 12 months, mainly due to business growth. However, more than half expect difficulties finding suitable candidates, largely because applicants’ salary expectations exceed employers’ budgets.
Demand is highest for technical directors, project managers, property managers, sales and marketing specialists, cost-efficiency experts and land market professionals. Pay growth has slowed, with most firms raising wages by less than 10% in 2025, but top specialists still have negotiating power. Flexible work, location and fewer business trips are increasingly important. AI is being tested, but mainly as support, not a replacement for staff.
