Real estate sector gets good investment result
According to JLL estimates, the value of investment transactions on the real estate market in Poland reached a record level of €7.4 billion. This result is better than 2018 (over €7.2 billion). The last 12 months are also historically the best time for the office segment, in which contracts for the purchase/sale of facilities exceeding €3.8 billion were completed - over a billion more than a year ago.
