Record office space supply in Poznań – C&W
As much as 74,900 sqm of new office space in eight buildings was completed in Poznań in the first half of this year, which brought the city’s existing office stock to 554,000 sqm, according to Cushman & Wakefield data. This allowed Poznań to become the fifth largest office market in Poland with Katowice (527,100 sqm of exiting office space) having been pushed to the sixth position. The biggest office projects delivered in Poznań in H1 2019 are Poznań Business Garden (46,100 sqm) and the second phase of Nowy Rynek (21,000 sqm).
