Regus with new Warsaw location
Flexible office space operator Regus will take up over 1,500 sqm in the Witosa Point building in Warsaw. JLL advised the tenant during the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement. The property will house the operator’s 19th office in the city, which is expected to be opened in late December or in early January. The Witosa Point building in located in the Mokotów district of the Polish capital and comprises more than 6,600 sqm of office space.
