Resi4Rent to deliver 1,800 units by end of 2021
Resi4Rent, a platform of flats for rent, in which Echo Investment owns 30% of shares, completed two investments with over 520 apartments in 2019. Another 1,800 will be completed by the end of 2021, the company said.
The first project was commissioned for building at ul. Rychtalska in Wrocław, where 302 premises were located. Then came the building at ul. Wodna in Łódź, which offers nearly 220 premises. Each Resi4Rent apartment is finished, equipped with kitchen furniture, and even fully furnished at the tenant's request. In the rental price, tenants have the option of using a Wi-Fi network, a dedicated service office and access to a panel that allows, among others for contract management.
