BIG Poland has acquired a retail park currently under construction in Dzierżoniów, expanding its national portfolio to 11 retail parks. The project, located on Batalionów Chłopskich Street near the Silesiana roundabout in the city center, will operate under the name BIG Dzierżoniów. The development is being delivered by Redkom Development, with completion planned for the second quarter of 2026.

The scheme will offer around 17,000 sq m of leasable space, roughly 30 retail and service units, and about 500 parking spaces. Confirmed tenants include Lidl, CCC, HalfPrice, Reserved, Cropp, House, Pepco, Sinsay, Rossmann, Ochnik, RTV Euro AGD and Martes Sport. Leasing is being handled by Mallson Polska.

Redkom is also developing Comfy Park Bydgoszcz on the former Glinka shopping center site. The first phase will provide 16,000 sq m of GLA, with a further 4,000 sq m planned. Tenants will include Carrefour, Tedi, Jysk, Media Expert and Maxi Zoo.
